General Cooperation Agreement between RAO Rosneftegazstroy and Black & Veatch (USA)

March 17, 2016 in RNGS office, Moscow, RAO Rosneftegazstroy (Russia) and Black & Veatch (USA) signed a general cooperation agreement. This is the third in an agreement between the two companies. It involves the establishment of long-term exclusive relationship, establishes the conditions of technological and institutional collaboration on specific projects. The first phase of the parties will focus on projects of small and medium-tonnage LNG.

The Company participated in the 3rd “Russian LNG Congress” from 16 to 18 March, and presented their solution for the Russian market in the medium 5tonnazhnyh LNG production plants as a key element of gasification systems.

Parties have identified priority three pilot plants LNG project and held a series of meetings with customers. The planned capacity of 400 thousand units. Up to 2 mln. Tons of LNG per year. Project geography: Russia, Europe, the Middle East.
